Criminal Defence

Charles Harvey provides experienced criminal defence representation for people facing a wide range of criminal charges. He appears in the Tauranga District Court, throughout the Bay of Plenty, and nationwide.

Charles accepts most criminal matters under Legal Aid, excluding cases where a sentence of life imprisonment is possible. He also acts for clients on a private basis in all criminal matters.
