  • Criminal Experience

    Charles has diverse criminal law experience, from driving and violence charges, through to serious drug offending and homicide. With experience as a defence lawyer and Crown prosecutor you’ll have someone who understands how the system works from both sides.

    Regulatory Experience

    Charles also has a specialised skill set in consumer protection and fair trading law. Charles has recently worked as in-house counsel at the Commerce Commission, working at the coal face of investigations under the Fair Trading Act 1986. He now offers this experience to clients looking to stay on the right side of the law, and out of the eye of regulators.
